Today, we are pleased to introduce our new "chucopse" menu!
Chukopse is a seafood dish consisting of iidako (octopus), shrimp, hormone, and vegetables stir-fried in a gochujang-based sauce.
The texture is plump and the flavor of the seafood spreads in your mouth!
This is really the best of the best.
Of course it can be served with alcohol, but you can eat as many bowls of rice as you like with this as a side dish!
